• Content you create (posts, ideas, research topics, series, voice profiles)
• Organizational data (pillars, tags, scheduling preferences)
• Review scores and workflow states

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to power your publishing workspace. We do not:

• Sell or share your data with third parties
• Use your content to train AI models
• Display advertising based on your content
• Access your LinkedIn account without explicit authorization

3. Data Storage

All data is stored on your self-hosted infrastructure. You maintain full control over your data at all times. No data leaves your server unless you explicitly initiate an action (such as publishing to LinkedIn).

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your workspace is active. You can delete any content at any time. Deleted data is permanently removed from the database.

5. Security

Access to your workspace is protected by authentication. All traffic is encrypted via HTTPS. Database access is restricted to the application server.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the application.
